BREAKING NEWS! Volt meets Cameron and Karl!

Cameron agreeing with me
This is my fourth day at the Workshop since they hired me and I got to spend ALL afternoon hanging out with the humans behind Assassin's Creed: The Fall. Let me tell you that by the minute I stepped in their studio (which is two blocks away for Ubisoft Montreal), I was very impressed seeing all the amazing stuff everywhere around me, so many colorful. I soon realized I wasn't the only one surprised in the room since they looked at me like I was from another planet. They have quite a few robots on display, but I guess I'm the first one to walk in unannounced. It didn't take very long before the conversation started. Within minutes, we got along so well just shooting ideas left and right, I felt like I was part of the team.

Me supervising Karl
Overall, it was pretty much like I imagined it would be to work in the comic book industry, but without the prehistoric pencils and paper drawing technique. Instead, they were drawing some amazing stuff frantically on my fellow graphic tablets all day long. I noticed they still have some pencils and paper relics laying around everywhere though, which seems quite strange to me. It must be some sort of spiritual method to stimulate the inspiration or maybe simple nostalgia. You know comic book people, they collect all sorts of things.

Me convincing Karl and Cameron to give me something exclusive
While I was there, I thought I might bring back a little souvenir. It is still missing the lettering, but I believe you'll be happy to see this first colored panel from the first issue of Assassin's Creed: The Fall. Still have another 47 days, 13 hours and 30 minutes to wait before my comic book store puts issue#1 on the shelves.

If you want to see more, you should keep an eye on IGN next week. My satellite buddies told me they put their hands on some exclusive images.

You guys are doing an amazing job. Ubisoft has really been doing something wonderful for the industry by making convergance as fluid as possible. Their games based off movies based off comics based of games are really enjoyable. I loved Lineage, I loved SP: the game, I loved JCA: the game, Im definatly going to LOVE this comic :)
Thanks for making the fandom that much more epic.
